ORDER INFORMATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION

The owner of the processing of personal data informs that, in accordance with current legislation, every operation concerning them will be marked to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of the European Reg. 679/2016 (GDPR), the following information is provided.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The treatment will concern the identification data of the interested party provided by the same at the time of registration of the account and / or at the time of purchase of the product, and will be carried out with electronic and paper methods for the following purposes:
a) Creation and management of the account, where the interested party has proceeded to compile the appropriate section relating to the creation of a new account
b) Processing of orders and payments, and communication with the interested party regarding the status of orders concerning the products and services involved in the transaction
c) Measurement of the seller's performance by issuing specific feedback from the interested party both on the website www.pizzapartyshop.com and on third party websites, which will be processed by the Data Controller in order to improve the service provided;
d) Fulfillment of legal obligations in tax, accounting and tax matters

LEGAL BASIS OF TREATMENT

The legal basis that makes the processing referred to in point a) legitimate is the request made by the interested party by filling in the specific section relating to the creation of a new account on the website
The legal basis that makes the processing referred to in point b) legitimate is the contractual relationship established between the Data Controller and the data subject.
The legal basis that makes the treatment referred to in point c) legitimate is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller consisting in taking note of the customers' opinions on the service offered in order to increase the level of satisfaction of the same. However, this treatment will only be carried out if the customer freely decides to release his feedback regarding the service provided.
The legal basis that makes the treatment referred to in point d) legitimate is the fulfillment of legal obligations in tax, accounting and tax matters.

NATURE OF THE TREATMENT

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point a) is optional but necessary for the creation, maintenance and management of a user account, and any refusal to provide data for account creation will not preclude the user the possibility to buy the products on the website.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point b) is mandatory as it is necessary for the correct execution of the order, and any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to establish the contractual relationship.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point c) is optional and any refusal will have no effect on other contractual relationships possibly existing between the data subject and the Data Controller.

COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The treatment will take place exclusively by personnel appointed by the Owner and specially trained. The data collected, if it is necessary or instrumental for the execution of the aforementioned purposes, may be processed by third parties appointed as external Data Processors, including companies that perform services connected and instrumental to the execution of the purposes indicated above.
The data collected may be disclosed to banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, or, more generally, to companies operating in the credit sector, as well as to public bodies in compliance with legal obligations.
The data may also be communicated to companies operating in the field of reviews and / or price comparison.
Customer data may also be communicated to companies operating in the transport and logistics service.

The data collected may also be transferred abroad, even outside the European Union in the forms and ways provided for by the current legislation, in any case guaranteeing an adequate level of protection.

STORAGE PERIOD

Personal data collected for the purposes referred to in points a) to b) - c) will be kept until the aforementioned purposes are pursued.
The personal data processed for the purposes referred to in point d) are kept for the entire period required by the tax and tax laws.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party has the right to exercise the rights pursuant to articles 15-22 of the European Reg. 679/2016.
In particular, for processing based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and, upon simple request to the Data Controller to be made by email at info@genotemasurl.com, you can request access to the data personal data concerning him and pass them on to another Data Controller without impediment (so-called portability), obtain the updating, the limitation of the processing, the rectification of the data and the deletion of those processed in contrast with the current legislation.
The data subject is also entitled, for legitimate reasons, to object to the processing of personal data concerning him and to the processing for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales and for carrying out market research. He also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor as the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data.
