Right of withdrawal and refund money

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If a Customer is an end user (this means a natural person who buys for private use, not showing on the order form sent to Pizzapartyshop.com any VAT number), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase, if the purchase was made through a distance contract, for any reason, without giving any explanation and without any penalty.

This right is applicable to the full product purchased within the same order. It is not possible to withdraw from only a part of the goods purchased in the same business deal. The right of withdrawal is referred to the full order and refunds the full amount paid, with delivery costs excluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer will need to send a communication within 14 days from delivery, showing their intention to withdraw.

Purchased products must be delivered to us in the same condition they were received, which means they must be returned with their original packages in their entirety, with all components included, as an integral part of the product, such as manuals, accessories, parts, keys, etc. Make sure to include everything in the package.
The Customer is solely responsible for any reduction in value deriving from handling the product differently from its proper nature, features, and operation.
If a product has been used by you, it is subject to depreciation as when it is put back on sale it will have a "used product" status. This means its value will be decreased. The same applies if the original packaging is missing or damaged to the point that a new one must be purchased from the vendor.
To limit damages to the original package, we suggest, when necessary, to put the product into a second box, in order to avoid labels or adhesive tape on the product's original package that may damage it.

The Customer must return goods at their own expense to our Logistic Department, by means of his own courier, within 14 days since the day of the withdrawal communication. The return freight expenses are at the Customer's expense.
Goods are under their responsibility until their arrival to our warehouse. We suggest you to take out insurance of the shipment relevant to theft, loss, or transport damages. This means we will not take any responsibility about the product's travel back to our warehouse.

Within 14 days of the product being received, we'll refund the Customer of the full order's amount, excluding the initial shipment cost, using the same payment method the Customer used.

SUPPLIER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Genotema SRL Unipersonale can withdraw from the sales agreement within 30 days since the order date by giving the Customer a written communication of the reason for the withdrawal.

a) In the impossibility to ship the order as it is not available, even if the unavailability is temporary.
b) For extraordinary reasons that make it impossible to accomplish the business deal in the normal foreseen conditions and procedures.

In this event, the Customer will be refunded of the full amount paid in the same business deal.
