Thanks to a clever design, the lower opening of the mouth has been increased by almost 10%, now reaching 39 cm (15.5 inches). This bigger opening makes it easier to work with your pizza peel without sacrificing the excellent efficiency of your Pizza Party oven.

Unlike other ovens where a larger opening can lead to heat loss, higher wood consumption, and temperature fluctuations, our design avoids these issues. We've enlarged the mouth only where it brings benefits—the area where you work—while the side geometries ensure proper airflow. This prevents heat loss and guarantees high performance in all conditions.
