The ATENA spiral mixer is a top-quality machine with a total dough capacity of 6 kg (minimum 300 g of flour), making it ideal for pizzerias, artisanal laboratories, and home use. It operates on 220 Volts and features speed adjustment from 50 to 300 RPM via an inverter, with a standard reverse bowl rotation.
It is equipped with a reinforced spiral, a calibrated dough-breaking shaft, and a rounded bowl—all parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel. The brand-new belt-only transmission system makes it very quiet and maintenance-free. The slot on the bowl guard allows you to add ingredients like water, salt, yeast, and flour without stopping the mixing cycle. Anti-vibration feet ensure excellent stability and quietness throughout the entire process.
