Features: This stone is known for its slow heat accumulation during the warm-up phase and gradual release during cooking. This makes it perfect for baking pizzas at high temperatures, such as those in the Neapolitan style.

When you order this product, you will receive a set of three Biscotto Saputo floor bricks:
- Two bricks measuring 40 x 20 x 3.3cm each
- One brick measuring 40 x 30 x 3.3cm

These stones are made with an artisanal process using alluvial clay. 
The drying process is natural, followed by baking in a wood-fired or LPG-powered oven. As a result, the stones may occasionally have burn marks, chips, surface cracks, or other abnormalities that are characteristic of a natural, handmade product.
